1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Serepio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Serepio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. Tours are generated as a guide only — always exercise personal judgement when exploring unfamiliar areas.

3. Payments

Tour unlocks are charged as one-time payments processed via Paddle. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are offered within 14 days of purchase if the tour content is significantly inaccurate.

4. Intellectual Property

All tour content, branding, and software remain the property of Serepio. You may not reproduce or resell generated tour content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Serepio is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including inaccuracies in tour content or issues encountered during a walking tour.
